Our VALOORES Academy team is specialized in customizing training content that meets our customer’s specific requirements. We create, design and implement trainings focused on organizations’ objectives and strategies. Our training customization life-cycle is simple:

As a training Academy, we help organizations assess their needs and achieve their desired targets by analyzing their background and strategy. Our first step involves conducting a Performance Analysis that will help us understand several important issues including the following:

  • Identification of gaps between what is currently in place and what is needed
  • Training Format
After the initial assessment, our expert will design a practical and tailor made toolkit. During this phase, we work very closely with our customers to ensure the effectiveness of the solution we are designing.
After designing the toolkit, our experts will discuss the training curriculum options with the organization representatives and assist them to put their final touch and to finalize the training session. Following the validation of the toolkit, we assist our customers to decide the training format.
Our preferred delivery methodology is an active classroom training format combined with self-discovery tools. We can deliver training in our offices or onsite at your workplace.
The final stage of our training life-cycle is the most important part that is often neglected: Evaluation. For every training project, we conduct a post-test to evaluate the level of learning that occurred during the training program. Additionally, we assess and measure the trainees’ reaction and satisfaction to the training environment and thus measure the effectiveness of the training on organizational level.
